Kiedy strzelają korki od szampana, deklarujemy chęć zmian. A po kilku dniach… przyrzeczenia idą w niepamięć. Aby dotrzymać słowa, należy popracować nad motywacją i nie zakładać niemożliwego. Przyda się też trochę uśmiechu i dystansu do samego siebie.
